These terms govern your use of DentalImplantHQ, a marketplace that connects licensed dental professionals with verified, authorized distributors of dental implants, abutments, and surgical components. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.DentalImplantHQ is currently operating as a pilot.

Our role as a marketplace

DentalImplantHQ is a marketplace platform, not a manufacturer or seller of record for the products listed. Independent distributors list, price, and fulfill their own products. The contract of sale for any item is between you and the distributor that fulfills it.

Eligibility

Accounts are intended for dental professionals and their authorized purchasing staff. Some items are prescription (Rx) restricted. To purchase those items you must provide a valid professional license that we verify at checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy of the license and account details you provide.

Seller obligations

Sellers represent that they are authorized distributors of the products they list, that listings are accurate, and that products are genuine, in-date, and stored and handled appropriately. Sellers set their own prices, handling times, and shipping terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, misrepresent your license or credentials, attempt to bypass Rx verification, scrape data, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

DentalImplantHQ does not provide medical, dental, or clinical advice. Devices must be selected and used by qualified professionals according to each manufacturer instructions for use (IFU). The service is provided on an as-is basis during the pilot.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DentalImplantHQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the marketplace. Product liability and clinical outcomes remain the responsibility of the manufacturer, the distributor, and the treating professional.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the pilot evolves, and we will revise the date above when we do. The governing law and jurisdiction, and the legal entity contracting with you, are to be finalized before general availability.
