Shipping

DentalImplantHQ is a multi-vendor marketplace, so shipping is set by each distributor rather than by a single warehouse. During the pilot we ship to destinations within the United States.

Orders can split across sellers

If your cart includes items from more than one distributor, your order is split into separate shipments, one per seller. Each shipment is picked, packed, and sent independently, so items may arrive on different days and in different packages.

Handling time and shipping cost

Each seller sets its own handling time (how long it takes to prepare an order) and its own shipping methods and rates. The shipping cost for each seller is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay, calculated per seller.

Free-shipping thresholds

Some distributors offer free shipping once your subtotal with that seller reaches their threshold. Thresholds apply per seller, not across your whole cart, so your cart will show how much more to add with a given seller to qualify.

Tracking

When a seller ships your order, tracking is added to that shipment and made available in your account. Because orders can split, you may receive more than one tracking number for a single order.
